The way to find a job these days is by being on the internet.  You can use sites like LinkedIn, where companies and potential candidates explore jobs together - it's so much easier!  But you have to pierce through all those Neilsens if your profile picture isn't good enough or clear at least one thing up front-- that will make sure everyone knows who they're seeing when viewing yours out of many different profiles in their search results...
